This statistic depicts the per capita consumption of rice in Spanish households from 2008 to 2020, in kilograms. Rice consumption has been fluctuating over the analyzed period of time, but it generally showed a downward trend that ranged from 4.23 kilograms consumed per person in 2008 down to 3.8 kilograms per capita in 2019. The year 2020 saw a slight increase in relation to last year of rice consumption per household to 4.3 kilograms.
